We are proud to utilize the "The Wand" manufactured by Blue Line in our three step method to enable your tile floors to remain just as beautiful as the day they were installed. Utilizing our three step process we can provide the most effective cleaning method on the market today.

Our three step process as described below, not only restores dark old tile and grout but also provides a sealant for future staining protection!

STEP ONE: Break the Bonds
A precise blend of non-abrasive chemicals is meticulously applied to the floor in order to loosen dirt and also break the chemical bonds which exist between the tile and all foreign particles. After allowing the solution to set for a few minutes, the floor is then buffed using a machine that has a rotating brush to further loosen dirt and stains.

STEP TWO: Remove Dirt and Stains
Step two includes using a turbo force machine to rinse and dry the floor. This state of the art machine is designed with three spinning jets which spray water and chemical solutions at extreme pressure in able to successfully remove stains. The water and chemical solution is instantly extracted from the floor using a powerful truck mounted extractor, leaving stains no time to resettle into the pores of the tile. This two step process is guaranteed to remove all stains from tile and grout.

STEP THREE: Prevent Future Stains
Step Three is for obvious reason the most important step. Step three provides a sealant in order to prevent future staining. Much like a Scotchguard for your carpets, a sealant will prevent future stains from settling into the pores of your grout. This sealant is applied directly to the grout using an in-line spray machine. The sealer must be allowed to dry for a period of 30-60 minutes, in which the excess is then wiped off the floor. You can then have the peace of mind that the sealant will provide you protection of 2-3 years.
